Here at Major League Kennel our pups come with a (2) year guarantee against severe hip dysplasia and a (1) year guarantee against any other genetic health problems.  Once you receive your pup, you have 48 hours to have it checked by your vet to assure the pup is healthy upon arrival.  All testing must be completed by a certified vet before the age of 1 year.  If any genetic disorder is found, you will receive a replacement pup of the same sex once you show proof from a licensed veterinarian that you have spayed or neutered the original pup or have it returned to us.  All vet bills and shipping costs of replacement pup are the buyer's responsibilities. Before receiving a replacement pup OUR vet must receive all clinical records that show the disorder, including written verification from OFA or Penn Hip also the X-rays.  If your dog has been used in any of the following before the age of 15 months, the guarantee is void: breeding, weight pulling, & fighting.  Also the guarantee is void if dog is mistreated, abused, lack of socialization, spaying or neuturing the dog without the dog having any health issues, original owner sale the pup to anyone else or any type of neglect is evident in the dog.  All dogs we sell MUST be cared for in the proper manner and must receive regular scheduled vet care.  This guarantee is only for puppies that are sold for $500 or more. 

Deposit and Shipping 

A NON-REFUNDABLE $200.00 Deposit is required to hold a Puppy from a Breeding of Your Choice; the pup has to be paid in full, as well as the cost of Shipping, Crate, and Health Certificate by the age of 6 weeks. If Litter, does Not have a pup of the sex you wanted or perhaps the female didn't take; Your Deposit will be Applied to the next available litter and the same sex pup.
